Since our founding in 2005, we have experienced the changes in industrial structure following the collapse of Japan's bubble economy, the global financial crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage problem, Abenomics under the long-term Abe administration, and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that has brought about major changes in the domestic and international real estate markets. Through these experiences, we have grown and developed by providing advanced, pioneering financial services to our customers, along with the creation and expansion of the real estate securitization market in Japan and elsewhere.

Since our founding, we have placed domestic real estate management at the core of our business. However, with an eye toward further development, in July 2016 we accepted investment from the Singapore-based PhillipCapital Group. As a member of the PhillipCapital Group, one of Asia's leading comprehensive financial groups, in January 2019 we began full-scale operations at Agility Asset Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd (commonly known as AAM), which oversees our overseas real estate-related business. With AAM as our hub, we have expanded our local bases to Singapore, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, and by utilizing the group's network and local information from our partners, we provide a wide range of services to domestic and overseas investors and business companies for real estate investments in major overseas regions, including Southeast Asia and the United States.
