In 1980, he joined the Industrial Bank of Japan Ltd. (assigned to the Fukuoka branch). From 1983, he received Chinese language training at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and after working in the bank's China Committee, he was assigned to the Hong Kong branch in 1988.

In 1995, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Corporate Finance Development Department and was in charge of the Overseas Real Estate Investment Team. In 2000, he was appointed Director of the Corporate Investment Information Department and headed the Overseas Investment Team and the Capital Strategy Team.

Since 2001, he has been in charge of M&A advisory services as the second general manager of the advisory department at Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.

In 2003, he founded Mutual Links Co., Ltd. and became its representative director (current position).

In 2005, he became President and CEO of Agility Asset Advisors Co., Ltd. (current position).

Furthermore, he has served as a director (part-time) of Able Co., Ltd. since 2007.

In 2025, he also served as an executive officer of Agility Asset Advisors Inc. (current position).

In 1993, he joined Yasuda Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. (currently Mizuho Trust and Banking Co., Ltd.) and began his career in the Real Estate Appraisal Department, where he was involved in real estate appraisal and analysis.

Since 2003, he has been in charge of real estate investment and management in the company's Real Estate Sales Department and Real Estate Investment Advisory Department.

In 2009, he was appointed Representative Director and President of Polaris Investment Advisors Co., Ltd. (currently SBI REIT Advisors Co., Ltd.), and in the following year, 2010, he also served as an executive officer of Nippon REIT Investment Corporation.

In 2014, he joined Agility Asset Advisors Co., Ltd. and worked in real estate asset management at the investment division. In 2018, he became the CEO of AAA Investment Co., Ltd. (current position).

In 2019, he became Vice President of Agility Asset Advisors, Inc. In 2021, he became Representative Director and Vice President.

Since 2024, he has been leading management as vice president (current position).

He has also served as an executive officer since 2025 (current position).

He also currently serves as a director (part-time) of SBI REIT Advisors Co., Ltd. and Totsu Asset Management Co., Ltd.

In 1980, he joined the Industrial Bank of Japan Ltd. (Shinjuku Branch). After working in deposits, bonds, loans, and foreign exchange, he was transferred to the International Sales Department 1 in 1983. In 1986, he was in charge of credit screening for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Metropolitan Credit Office, and from 1989 he was in charge of sales to small and medium-sized enterprises in the Tokyo Branch Sales Team 6.

In 1992, he was dispatched to the IBJ Investment Advisory Department in London, where he was involved in asset management for domestic and international institutional investors. In 1999, he became director of IBJ Asset Management International, and in 2000, director of IBJ Daiichi Life Asset Management International. After returning to Japan, he served as group leader of the pension corporation group at IBJ Daiichi Life Asset Management Co., Ltd.

In 2002, he was appointed Director of Business Development at Fiduciary Trust International Investment Advisors Co., Ltd., and in 2003, he transferred to Franklin Templeton Investments Co., Ltd. following a merger. He has served in the institutional investor sales division as Senior Marketing Executive, Senior Account Executive, and Head of Client Services.

In 2005, he became the Representative Director of Aladdin Capital Investment Advisors Co., Ltd. Since 2012, he has served concurrently as a specialist inspector at the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission of the Financial Services Agency, and since 2014, he has served in the Asset Management Office of the Securities Division of the Supervision Bureau.

In 2016, he contributed to the development of the industry as head of the International Planning Office at the Investment Trusts Association, Japan.

In 2020, he became an advisor to Agility Holdings Inc., and in 2021 he became its vice president (current position). He has also served as advisor and representative director and vice president of Agility Asset Advisors Inc.

He has been the company's vice president since 2024 and an executive officer since 2025.

In 1988, he joined Sanwa Building Co., Ltd. (now Suzuyo Sanwa Building Co., Ltd.) and worked in construction management in the construction department. In 1989, he was in charge of architectural design and supervision in the design and planning department.

In 1994, he joined the design department of Sawako Corporation, where he was involved in design and consulting work.

In 1999, he was in charge of consulting on effective land utilization at the asset consultation department of Able Hosho Co., Ltd.

In 2005, he worked in the asset management department of Pacific Investment Advisors Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for real estate solutions.

Since 2007, he has served as the head of the Engineering Management Department at Agility Asset Advisors, Inc., where he oversees the technical evaluation and management systems for properties (current position).

Since 2024, he has also served as the head of the REIT business promotion department at Agility Holdings Inc. In 2025, he became an executive officer of Agility Asset Advisors Inc. (current position).

In 2002, he joined MF Building Management Co., Ltd. (currently Mitsui Fudosan Building Management Co., Ltd.) and worked in the building management business in the sales department of the Kojimachi Area Office Central Branch.

Since 2003, he has been in charge of sales and property management at the Central Branch Sales Department of the company's Building Arm Division.

In 2006, he gained experience in asset management at CBRE Residential Management Co., Ltd. (now Daiwa House Asset Management Co., Ltd.).

In 2012, he joined Agility Asset Advisors Co., Ltd. as a manager in the Asset Management Group of the Investment Division.

He has served as the head of the Asset Management Group since 2017, and as the head of the Investment Management Division and CIO since 2022 (current positions). In 2025, he was appointed an executive officer (current position).
