The Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association, a general incorporated association, will handle complaints and resolve disputes through complaint resolution or mediation. The Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association, a general incorporated association, will entrust the handling of complaints and dispute resolution to the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center, a specified non-profit organization.
