Agility Asset Advisors Inc. (CEO: Kinji Kaiho) is pleased to announce that it has been entrusted with asset management for the following assets, which are invested by foreign investors.

This project utilizes a scheme utilizing special business operators (Type 3 and Type 4 businesses) under the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act, and has acquired a store near the Sagano Bamboo Grove in Arashiyama, Kyoto, as well as an adjacent hourly parking lot. Going forward, the acquired property will be rented for a certain period of time, after which the building will be demolished and a new commercial store will be developed.
