Totsu Asset Management is a joint venture with the Totsu Group, which is engaged in a wide range of businesses, including real estate buying and selling, rental management, land development, and the hotel business, and has a strong network with overseas investors.

Since its establishment in 2005, Agility Asset Advisors has made numerous investments in a wide range of real estate asset management sectors, including residential properties, offices, commercial facilities, hotels, logistics facilities, and data centers. With investments from PhillipCapital (a Singapore integrated financial group) and Gaw Capital (a major Hong Kong real estate investment company), which have global client bases and ample investment capital, the firm functions as a gatekeeper for global real estate investments.

By combining the Totsu Group's strong network with overseas investors with Agility Asset Advisors' extensive management experience, we will create new trends in Japan's domestic real estate market and bring about innovation in asset management.
